Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using JustAnalytics ("Service"), operated by Velocity Digital Labs LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

JustAnalytics provides web analytics, error tracking, and live session streaming services. The Service includes a tracking script that you install on your website(s), a dashboard to view analytics data, and related features including data export, geographic insights, and shareable dashboards.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service is available in a Free tier and a paid Pro plan at $49 per month ($39 per month when billed annually). A 7-day free trial of Pro features is included for new accounts. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial period, you retain access to core analytics on the Free tier. An optional AI Insights add-on is available at $25 per month for Pro subscribers. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Collect data through the Service in violation of any applicable privacy laws
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent
  • Send excessive automated requests designed to overload our infrastructure

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all analytics data collected through your use of the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data. You may export your data at any time using the built-in export feature. Upon account termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is owned by Velocity Digital Labs LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

8. Mobile Application

The JustAnalytics mobile application ("App") is subject to these Terms in addition to the terms and conditions of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store from which you downloaded the App. You acknowledge that:

  • These Terms are between you and Velocity Digital Labs LLC, not Apple or Google
  • Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App
  • The App is a companion to the web-based Service and requires an active JustAnalytics account
  • You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements (iOS 16.0+ or Android 7.0+)
  • The biometric lock feature uses your device's native biometric APIs and is subject to your device manufacturer's terms
  • Push notifications are optional and can be disabled at any time through the App or your device settings

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, and the Service may be temporarily unavailable due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from Service downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velocity Digital Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
