Refund Policy

1. Free Trial
JustAnalytics offers a 7-day free trial for all new accounts. No credit card is required to start your trial. During the trial, you have full access to all features. If you do not subscribe after the trial period, your account will be automatically downgraded and data collection will pause.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your analytics data will be retained for 30 days after the end of your billing period
- After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- First payment refund: If you request a refund within 14 days of your first payment (after the free trial), we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
- Service outage: If the Service experiences significant downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) during your billing period, you may request a prorated refund for the affected period.
- Duplicate charges: If you are charged more than once for the same billing period, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Partial month usage after the first 14 days
- Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations
- Failure to cancel before a renewal date
- Dissatisfaction with features that were accurately described before purchase
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at billing@justanalytics.app with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Existing subscribers will be notified of material changes via email.
